PRISON BREAK actor Wentworth Miller has praised troubled former co-star LANE GARRISON for taking responsibility for his actions after driving drunk and killing a teenager.Garrison is currently undergoing an enforced 90-day psychiatric evaluation behind bars at the California Institute for Men in Chino, California, while he awaits to hear if he’ll serve more jail time
