Well, that was quick!   Kate Hudson and her boyfriend, Punk’d alum Dax Shepard, have put the kibosh on their only few-month-old relationship.   NY Daily News reports:   "They weren't working out, and she got bored," says the friend. "She's telling people it's a clean break."   Speculation of the couples’ demise began incorrectly a couple weeks ago although at that time, the two are still said to have been trying to work things out.     Last week, though, the nail hit the coffin.
