Clive Owen spent the night before his first scenes as historical hero Walter Raleigh in the Elizabeth sequel literally pulling his hair out. The hunky Brit had extensions added to his mane to make him look more like a sea-faring Renaissance man - but he decided he hated the look at the last minute.
