Pop on the Pop reports:    John Mayer took his new girlfriend, Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly to Circuit City in Santa Monica, California where she picked out $400 worth of merchandise. But when the crooner went to pay with his American Express Black Card, the clerk — who didn’t recognize Mayer — asked to see an ID. After Mayer said, “I actually lost my ID and don’t have one,” the clerk “advised John he would not be able to buy anything.” “John was so embarrassed.
