Isaac Hanson has been diagnosed with pulmonary embolism after he was rushed to a hospital complaining of severe chest pains. The 26-year-old singer, the oldest member of boyband Hanson, was taken to Baylor University Medical Center after a show in Dallas on Tuesday night.
