Filmmaker FRANCINE PARKER has died of heart failure. She was 81.Parker passed away at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on 8 November (07).She is best known for directing the 1972 documentary F.T.A., which follows celebrities including Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland on an anti-Vietnam War tour.F.T.A., which stands for Free The Army, was
