Milla Jovovich has given birth to her first child, a baby girl, in Los Angeles.

Ever Gabo Anderson, whose father is British film director Paul Anderson, was born on Saturday at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center - Milla's publicist said.

Jovovich and Anderson met in 2002 on the set of their 'Resident Evil' movie and became engaged the following year.
