Rapper Foxy Brown has turned down a plea deal and will instead stand trial for charges stemming from an alleged assault incident in a beauty store in February. The defiant rap star, real name Inga Marchand, appeared briefly before authorities in Florida on Friday and refused to accept she is the guilty party in the legal spat between her and the owner of the Queen Beauty Supply shop.


The Notebook star Rachel McAdams age has come into question following a series of differing opinions about the year she was born. The actress lists her age as 28, but People magazine have unearthed a profile of the star, which lists her as being 29 in 2005.


Eric Clapton left rock fans stunned at England's Countryside Rocks festival on Saturday when he joined former Blind Faith bandmate Steve Winwood onstage for a classic jam. Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl is "grateful" for the furor which erupted after her co-star Isaiah Washington made a homophobic remark about their cast mate T.R. Knight last October . Knight came out following an incident in which Washington is said to have called the 34-year-old a "faggot" during an on-set argument with Patrick Dempsey. Washington went on to repeat his offensive at the Golden Globe Awards earlier this year.
