Chinese director WONG KAR WAI banned Norah Jones from contributing to the soundtrack of MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS because he wanted her taken seriously as an actress.Jones, who makes her acting debut in the movie, was discouraged from providing any songs to the movie, as it would only serve to remind cinemagoers of her other career.Kar
