Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino will still produce a Grindhouse spin-off - despite the film's poor performance at the box office. The double-bill movie has been spilt into two separate films for its international release - Tarantino's Death Proof and Rodriguez's Planet Terror - in a bid to impress European audiences after its disappointing showing in the U.S.
