Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, has offered her support to Paris Hilton parents. The duchess - the ex-wife of Britain's Prince Andrew - spotted the jailed 26-year-old's parents Rick and Kathy Hilton in a Beverley Hills restaurant on Sunday, while dining out with her three godchildren.According to a friend quoted in PEOPLE magazine, Sarah offered Kathy her "support and strength from one mother to another."
