Britney Spears is threatening legal action against a Florida radio station that used an unflattering bald-headed photo of the pop star on billboards alongside headlines that suggest she is completely mental.

 

Britney's lawyer, Marty Singer, has fired off a letter to Clear Channel Communications claiming that the billboards promoting the MJ Morning Show are "outrageous to the extreme" and demanding their immediate removal.

 

According to Marty, Britney's "likeness has a multi-million-dollar value for authorized commercial exploitations" meaning that she is entitled to "very substantial damages" from Clear Channel.

The three outdoor ads carry pictures of a snarling, bald Britney with the headlines "Total Nut Jobs," "Shock Therapy," and "Certifiable."

Sounds like a pretty fair assessment of the singer to us.

Jessica Alba prefers a hot one-night stand to being in a relationship.

 

The actress, speaking to America's Cosmopolitan magazine, admitted that she doesn't think that one-night stands or women who sleep around are amoral.

 

She also admits that she has indulged in several one-night trysts.

 

"I just wanted to see what it was like to be with different people. I don't think a girl's a sl*t if she enjoys sex," Hollywoodrag.com quoted her, as telling the magazine.

 

"I could have a one-night stand, and I'm the kind of girl who looks over in the morning and is like, 'Do you really have to be here?' I don't need to cuddle and do all that stuff because I know what it is and I don't try to make it more," she added.

  Jessica Alba recently admitted that her first kiss was definitely not what she was expecting it to be, for rather than the magical moment she expected it to be, it was a huge disappointment.

The star revealed that she was 12 years old when she got her first kiss. The only problem was that the guy giving it to her was not only 'gross', he also never brushed his teeth.

"I was 12 years old and had to kiss this guy who was gross and never brushed his teeth," the New York Post quotes her, as telling the July issue of Seventeen.

And, if her first kiss was bad, her second did nothing to improve her opinion of the embrace, almost turning her off kissing altogether.

"Then, at 14, I had to kiss a guy who was 32 or 33, and I was like, 'Ewww! I didn't want to do it,'" she says.

Thankfully for Alba, she's now found the man who she admits done much to change her opinion a€“ her boyfriend Cash Warren.

"(He) is the best kisser in the world," she gushes.
