Singer Elvis Costello will team up with New Orleans singer ALLEN TOUSSAINT for a fundraising concert in England.The duo hope to raise money to save popular music venue The New Picket, in Liverpool, from closure.Grammy-award winning guitarist/songwriter Pete Townshend has also pledged his support to the gig on 5 July.
