Lindsay Lohan is facing two new lawsuits over yet another alleged drink driving incident.

 

Both suits relate to an incident in 2005, when Lindsay crashed her Mercedes after allegedly boozing at the Ivy Restaurant in Los Angeles.

 

Raymundo Ortega is demanding £101,500, claiming the troubled actress crashed into him because she was looking over her shoulder at photographers.

 

He is also suing The Ivy for selling her alcohol when she was under the legal age, according to The Sun.

 

Another unnamed person is suing for £1,800 for damage their car suffered.

 

Lohan's publicist has responded by claiming, "She was sober."
