Moviemaker Michael Bay has disputed claims he snubbed actress Lana Clarkson at a party two days before her death, insisting he cannot remember the encounter. Clarkson, who was shot dead at producer Phil Spector's California mansion in February 2003, was reportedly devastated by the fact Transformers director Bay didn't remember her.
