The jury at the Phil Spector murder trial has heard how both the music producer and shooting victim Lana Clarkson had drugs and alcohol in their systems at the time of the actress' death. The Los Angeles Superior Court trial heard from two toxicologists, both defense witnesses, on Tuesday, who told the jury Spector had ingested anti-depressant Prozac and anti-seizure drugs Topamax and Neurontin, as well as alcohol.
