The couple were seen leaving Malibu restaurant Nobu on Saturday night (14.07.07) hand-in-hand after enjoying a meal there. A witness told gossip website TMZ: "There were loads of photographers outside the restaurant when they left. Dax took of his shirt so Kate could hide her face with it. She was giggling because he was topless.
