Comic book superhero CAPTAIN AMERICA is to be laid to rest in a new Marvel comic released in America this week (05Jul07).After 66 years of battling villains like Adolf Hitler, Marvel bosses decided it was time to kill off the colourful patriot.The new comic will feature images of the character’s funeral at Arlington National Cemetery
