Car Crash Could See Brandy Face Jail Time

No charges were initially filed, however the California Highway Patrol is recommending that pop singer Brandy be charged with manslaughter over an accident that killed one person in December. The CHP has finished an investigation into the December 30 crash and has since advised the Los Angeles City Attorney's office to press charges against Brandy, whose full name is Brandy Norwood
