British pop star Emma Bunton is thrilled to be pregnant, because she feared health problems would prevent her from ever having children. The former Spice Girl - who is expecting her first child with singer boyfriend Jade Jones in the summer - suffers with endometriosis, a condition which runs in her family and can affect fertility.
