Rod Stewart, Van Morrison, Steely Dan, ZZ Top And Norah Jones will headline this year's New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The stars will be joined by Louisiana favourites, like Irma Thomas, Dr. John and Allen Toussaint, who make up 80 per cent of the performers at the festival which spans two weekends.
