Denise Richards is planning to marry Richie Sambora this summer, after both their divorces are finalised - according to reports.

Like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, the pair plan to marry in Italy but their wedding will be a much smaller affair than TomKat's lavish ceremony - a friend says. Denise and Richie reportedly want a small event with just 50 family and close friends watching them take their vows.
