Nip/Tuck star Julian McMahon is so accustomed to shooting sex scenes for the hit cosmetic surgery drama, he is tempted to write a manual on how best to film them. McMahon, who plays Dr. Christian Troy on the TV show, finds it uncomfortable getting so raunchy with his female co-stars. And he is keen to pass on his wisdom on how to make filming such scenes less awkward.
