Sharon Stone and Peter Sarsgaard were left red-faced at the Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, California yesterday when they misplaced the envelope containing the winner of the ceremony's Producers Award. The two actors teamed up to present three honors, and after Stone had struggled to read the teleprompter, Sarsgaard realized he had left the Producers Award envelope backstage.
