COUNTING CROWS lead singer Adam Duritz has started his own record label.The 42-year-old rocker had no plans to set up his own company until he came across two artists on social networking website MySpace that he wanted to sign.Duritz discovered Chicago, Illinois-based punk-pop band BLACKTOP MOURNING and a New York City rapper known as NOTAR
