British director Stephen Frears is to make a film about late outspoken soccer boss BRIAN CLOUGH.Frears - nominated for a Best Director Oscar for THE QUEEN at this year’s (07) Academy Awards - is looking to bring the story of Clough’s brief but turbulent time as manager of British soccer club Leeds United in 1974
