British director Stephen Frears is helping to make a new movie about JEAN CHARLES DE MENEZES, the Brazilian man mistaken for a suicide bomber and shot dead by police.The film will examine the build up to de Menezes’ death in London on 22 July 2005 and the impact his killing had on the Brazilian community
