Former GO-GOS singer Belinda Carlisle was offered PAULA ABDUL’s spot on talent show AMERICAN IDOL - fuelling rumours the judge will be replaced.COURTNEY LOVE recently claimed to have been approached about taking Abdul’s place, but show producers blamed it on a telephone hoax.Now Carlisle insists she was asked to replace Abdul several years ago.She says,
