Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Schnider has ordered Anna Nicole Smith to have a DNA test by February 21 to determine whether or not photographer, Larry Birkhead, is the father of Anna Nicole baby girl.

The judge had delayed the original deadline of January 23 because Smith was living in the Bahamas and a Bahamian judge needed to sign off on the order. Now, the California judge is saying that Smith can have the test done in the Bahamas or in Miami, but if she fails to do so, she will be ordered back to California to face the judge.
On February 1, Pilgrim Films and Television filed suit against Paula Abdul for breach-of-contract regarding her upcoming reality show, "Hey Paula!"
