Filmmaker John Singleton will not be charged after the SUV he was driving hit and killed a 57-year-old woman in Los Angeles on Thursday night. The Boyz 'N The Hood director stopped his car and waited for police to arrive after Constance Russell stepped in front of his car in the city's Jefferson Park neighborhood. She was not using a crosswalk.
