I don't know much about Mlle. Chloe, other than ... well, she's French. I've seen her red carpet shots, and she seems to have a sharp yet eclectic sense of style. Her quirky, splashy ensembles have worked to draw away from her masculine bone structure, especially above the neck. At first I thought it was Rob Schneider rocking the Lohan again, but no. It's Chloe rocking the femme look.....
