American TV comedian STANLEY MYRON HANDELMAN has died of a heart attack. He was 77.Handelman passed away at Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City, California on 5 August (07).Born in Brooklyn, New York, Handelman is best known for his frequent appearances on U.S. television in the 1970s, including The Tonight Show, The Ed Sullivan Show
