Designer Says Zara Phillips Is No 'chav'

Britain's Zara Phillips is not a 'chav' according to one of the late Princess Diana's favorite designers. Zara has recently been accused of being the poster-girl for 'chav chic', but David Emanuel - who designed Diana's wedding dress with his ex-wife Elizabeth for her marriage to Prince Charles in 1981 - insists she is in fact the natural successor to Diana's role as a royal fashion icon.
