A U.S. Superior Court judge granted on Friday a restraining order on the release of a videotape, documenting a breast augmentation surgery performed on former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith. The order was requested by Smith's former attorney and companion, Howard K. Stern, who is also executor of her will.

Stern had claimed that Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson filmed the tape without Smith's consent and that he sold the tape to a Los Angeles-based memorabilia dealer in exchange for a share in any proceeds from the sale of the videotape to various media outlets, CelebTV.com reports.
