Nancy Sinatra has paid tribute to the late LEE HAZLEWOOD, branding the songwriter/producer "my friend and mentor".Hazlewood, who found fame penning Sinatra’s 1966 hit These Boots Are Made For Walkin’, passed away in Las Vegas on Saturday (04Aug07), aged 78.He later duetted with Sinatra on a string of songs including Some Velvet Morning and Sugar
