Britney Spears is officially a single woman again. Her divorce from dancer Kevin Federline has been completed, the star's lawyer has confirmed.

"Everything is finalised," Laura Wasser told press at Los Angeles' Superior Court.

As well as the divorce, a settlement over custody of the pair's two sons was also approved by the court. Spears is "OK" with the undisclosed terms of the settlement, Wasser said, but "would like to be with her kids more".
Pop singer Britney Spears marriage to her second husband Kevin Federline has officially ended after the legal procedings in her divorce have finalized in California. The couple has also reportedly reached an agreement over the custody of their two young sons, the singer's lawyer confirmed without elaborating.

"Everything is finalized," Laura Wasser told the AP at the Superior Court in Los Angeles. Spears filed for divorce from Federline in November just two month after the birth of their second son, Jayden James.
