French actor, singer and dancer JEAN-PIERRE CASSEL has died following a long illness. He was 74.The star, whose talent was discovered by Gene Kelly, died at his home in Paris yesterday (19Apr07).The father of actor Vincent Cassel and father-in-law of Italian actress Monica Bellucci will be best remembered for his role in late 1950s comedy
