Bobby Brown's son Landon has reportedly described Whitney Houston as an awful former stepmother because he claims she treated him more like an employee when he went to stay with them. Landon went as far to call Whitney a "nightmare" to grow up with.
He told the National Enquirer that Whitney refused to let him spend time with his half-sister Bobbi Kristina and made him sleep in a guest house. He said:
"Whitney and I never really got along. She didn't necessarily hate me, but she wouldn't really speak to me either. In Whitney's eyes, I was the stepchild. She decided to turn me into one of her security personnel. I was a teenager but I was walking around dressed up in all black with a Security shirt and she'd have me work for her. I was just another one of her staff."
Relationships between children and a step-parent are often easily strained, but it's always sad when a child grows up feeling unwanted. Poor guy.
However, both Whitney and Bobby were probably not the easiest to be around when they were having their issues with drugs or fighting, etc.

1992 I was only 11 years old, I heard I will always love you..from that day I know I was Whitney Houstons biggest Fan ever..i was obsessed with Whitney I would play her songs ALL DAY EVERY DAY when people think of me they think of Whitney the whole school knew i was the biggest Whitney Fan people would even give me cut out pictures from magazines and i collected thousands of pic's, made up T shirts and posters I could even sing like Whitney (not AS good but I've won a few compatitions) till i started smoking at 17 that when down hill a bit, yet i can pull off a few whitney songs.. And to grow up and watch whitney be who she is with the drugs Bobby etc. i know she was just a bit lost in the rich and fame.. sometimes i wonder who she'd be without all the negative... But I never stopped loving Whitney.. she will always be my n.o 1
I totally agree with you! Actually most of what you said is similar to how I started loving whitney as well! I pray for her all the time and I am absolutely certain she will make a strong and powerful comeback! She is the greatest diva out there!
