David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly planning on adopting a young girl from Africa, according to Grazia magazine.  Posh and Becks thought about it after Becks trip to Sierra Leone where he spent four days as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations. Becks said when he returned home:

"I was close to tears. I had to step back and take a deep breath. I'm a very emotional person and I'm even more emotional now I'm a parent."

The magazine also claims that Posh and Becks asked their friend Tom Cruise for advice since he and his ex-wife Nicole Kidman adopted (domestically). Too bad they're not good friends with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie because they would probably give them better advice on international adoption.

However, their rep said:

"They both have said that they admire people who go through the adoption process, their focus is raising their own three boys."

Well, given that Victoria Beckham doesn't want to be a "pop star" anymore since quitting the Spice Girls, they have  more time on their hands, don't they?
