Sheryl Crow has a new man in her life!  His name is John Cassimus, and he runs a restaurant in Birmingham, AL.

"They're enjoying getting to know each other," says an insider, who adds that a mutual friend, Jay Barker, a football star turned radio personality in Birmingham, introduced them. 

"Jay got them together in March. John, who's also a pilot, has been flying his plane to Nashville to see her. They've kept it pretty low-key - cooking together, riding horses, going up in his plane."

It's nice to see Sheryl has moved on and is happy!
