David and Victoria Beckham ran into Queen Latifah while out shopping.  I think Posh is envious of taller folks because how else can anyone explain those ridiculously high heels she insists on wearing?  I can't believe she can even walk in them!  I guess she's not a big fan of flip flops eh?
