Olivia Newton-John was one of the first female singers to successfully undergo an image makeover, transforming from sweet and innocent country-pop singer (with hits like "I Honestly Love You," and "Have You Never Been Mellow"), to slightly more risqué pop singer ("Physical," "Make A Move On Me"). She starred as Sandy in 1978's Grease, where she originally exhibited her transformation from cute and bubbly goody-goody into leather-clad temptress. Newton-John had already accumulated over a dozen gold records (including two No. 1 singles and two No. 1 albums) before she became a megastar with Grease. More gold and platinum selling records followed her big screen success, including the top song of the 1980s: 1981's "Physical."
Olivia Newton-John is ready to get "Physical" with the cast of "Glee." Show creator Ryan Murphy revealed to "The Insider" that the 'Grease' actress will make a special guest appearance on "Glee" to perform her 1981 hit "Physical" alongside Cheerios coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch). The excitement doesn't stop there with Murphy announcing that Gleaks can also expect a Madonna tribute episode in the coming season and the return of Tony Award winner Kristen Chenoweth, who played the senior "Glee" club member April Rhodes in season one. Murphy describes how the Madonna tribute came about, saying, "I wrote her a letter saying, 'We really want to do a tribute to you' and she wrote me back and said 'okay, let's do it.' ... She gave us access to her whole catalog."

"The Insider" has just obtained the marriage license for beloved 'Grease' star Olivia Newton-John and her new husband John Easterling. Last week, "The Insider" broke the news that Olivia married her longtime love in June. The pair had two ceremonies. The first was in Cuzco, Peru on June 21 and the second, a civil ceremony, took place in Jupiter, Florida on June 30th. John's friend performed the civil ceremony, which was only attended by Olivia and John.
