Although Norah Jones doesn't really live extravagantly, she does splurge on her friends who struggle with money with gourmet meals and holidays. She said:

"I don't really have a major extravagance. I do get excited when I take my friends for a nice dinner - because most of them are still struggling artists, and don't have much money. I also took them on holiday to Costa Rica and that was great. It's nice to be able to do things like that."

Must be nice to be one of Norah's friends eh? Norah, if you're looking for another person to take on vacations, give me a call. All kidding aside, she seems like a really nice person.
