Following a very public flirting session with the newly single Cameron Diaz, the 39-year-old  man was spotted flirting again this time with young starlet Mandy Moore at the MGM Grand Garden in Sin City. Onlookers watched the pair chat it up "as if no one else was in the room."

Criss and Mandy first met on the set of his hit A&E show 'Mindfreak' where a blindfolded Criss drove Mandy through the streets of Los Angeles and ended up at her favorite restaurant.
