Lily Allen has reportedly suffered a miscarriage after being four months pregnant.  This terribly sad news was reported by The Sun on Thursday, revealing that Lily and her boyfriend, Ed Simons of the Chemical Brothers are both in a "state of shock."

Apparently Perez Hilton posted a statement from the Lily's rep:

"We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage. She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further  and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time."

We would like to extend our thoughts and deepest sympathies to Lily and Ed during such a sad time.
