As reported before, Lily Allen is expecting her first child with Ed Simons. Here she is at the Harrods Winter Sale Opening. This picture is an example of one of those cases that unless you know that someone is pregnant you may think that the bump is the result of a big lunch. But since it was reported that Lily Allen is pregnant, I assume that it's her baby bump.
