A honey-voiced folk and country singer, Kelly Willis has charmed us for over a decade with her sweet tunes. Though not always a "top of the charts" mainstream act, Willis has delivered consistently great music, perfect for those days when you just want to relax and enjoy some easy listening.
Why we know her?
Starting out with MCA Records, Willis delivered a strong impression in the early '90s with the albums Well Traveled Love, Bang Bang and a self-titled release. Her biggest hits came from her fifth effort What I Deserve, which included the hits "Not Forgotten You" and "Got a Feelin' for Ya." Kelly has worked with such big country names as Vince Gill and Alison Krauss, performed on the Lilith Fair tour, and added a sixth album, Easy, to her resume in 2002.
