Jessica Simpson has reportedly banned the sale of a secret fitness DVD and thus is "hurting millions of fat people in America" according to the company Speedfit. Jessica recorded the workout tape before her role in Dukes of Hazzard in 2005, however, despite signing a multi-million dollar contract, she has changed her mind about its release. Speedfit owner Alex Astilean is now suing her manager Papa Joe Simpson for failing to secure a $10 million settlement last year.  Asilean claimed:  "They are hurting millions of fat people in America."

Simpson's rep said:

"It's a legal matter that's in the hands of attorneys."

I bet the tape is embarrassing which is why she changed her mind about letting it out for release.  Maybe someone will leak a bit of it on YouTube if we're lucky.  My guess is that the exercise video will be far more entertaining than her recent movies. Yikes!
