I had to double check my facts before putting these pictures up because I couldn’t believe that this was actually Courtney Love, I’m still not really convinced, but they seem to be legit. If it is in fact her, I’m pretty impressed, she looks half decent. When did she get those boobs or is that one of those magical Paris Hilton bras? Either way I like it, now if there was some way to fix that face of her… A pillow case should do the trick.

A court case against Courtney Love claiming she owes back rent on her New York home has been dropped.

The Hole singer has been renting a $27,000-a-month townhouse on West 10th Street for 11 months, and while owner Donna Lyon had alleged in court that she owes $54,000 in rent, Judge Jean Schneider of New York County Housing Court threw out the claim on Wednesday (18.01.12).

Courtney Love could be out on her ass in NYC -- because the owner of the luxury NYC townhouse she rents believes the rocker set the place on FIRE ... and wants to evict Love ASAP.

According to the owner, the "landmark luxury 4-story townhouse in Manhattan's West Village" was custom designed by a famous architect and interior designer ... and Love agreed not to mess with anything inside the place without permission.

But the owner says Love totally blew off the agreement ... repainting the place and wallpapering over the "glazed hand-brushed walls."

And then there was the fire ...

The owner claims the local Fire Department responded to a blaze in the 4th floor bedroom back in June in which curtains and bed linens went up in flames. But the owner claims there are burn marks throughout the pad ... and believes there's a possibility the entire structure may have caught fire.

The owner also claims Love has fallen WAY behind in rent ... to the tune of $54,000.

Now, the owner is looking to evict Love, stat ... claiming it's gonna cost $100,000 to restore the place back to it's original state.

Calls to Love have not been returned.
