Dear Ma'am,

You are my all-time favourite artist and my second favourite woman in the world (besides my mother).  I admire your anglophone music but I have not a trace of idea about your francophone discography.  I have some comments on your music and music videos of the recent years despite the fact that I am not a critic.

Your music has evolved as you moved into the 21st Century, and I guess the Las Vegas shows exerted an enormous impact upon your image and artistry.  For me, "A New Day Has Come" is more preferable to "Falling into You" or "Let's Talk about Love".  However, it seems to me that your latest musical styles have lost your original sense that most people remember you by.  I'm not implying that your capabilities have disintegrated - the rock songs in "Taking Chances" are really rocking.  It is to me like seeing you cut your hair cut before the Las Vegas shows.  Even in the ballads, I no longer get the pleasant floating sensation of romance or whatever that your classical ballads like "Tell Him", "Because You Loved Me", "All the Way", "My Heart Will Go on" or "Immortality" could offer.

I'd like that feeling back in your oncoming music.  Please also sing duets with other sopranos or mezzos and with tenors.  I'll be looking forward to hearing your new works.  Keep moving forward with all the best wishes from your fans (including me), friends and family.
